Request parent account closure

This is a parent or adult account-holder control. It affects every learner under this account.

Once billing is resolved, confirming closes account access, signs out all devices and withdraws recording permissions and removes saved recordings. It creates a request for operator review. It does not delete learning, account or billing records, cancel a provider subscription, or promise a retention period. Remove downloaded lessons from shared devices or clear this site’s browser data; server closure cannot reliably erase offline copies.

If a subscription is active, scheduled to cancel, or uncertain, your account stays open so you can use Billing. Resolve it first and submit this request again after final cancellation is confirmed. You can separately withdraw recording permission in Parent controls now.
